Seasons Corner Market is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive daily operations, customer experience, and profitability. You will coach staff, manage inventory, control labor and expenses, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The role requires overseeing scheduling, safety, and promotional execution while delivering an outstanding shopping experience and collaborating with the District Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Business/Retail Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop store employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership to the team.
• Foster a workplace culture built on accountability, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
• Create schedules that support both business needs and labor goals.
• Direct daily store activities to ensure efficient operations.
