Seasons Corner Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, coach a team, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding service and drive sales while maintaining safety and merchandising standards.

The role requires leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and assist with new store openings for several weeks when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations alongside Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Supervise and coach team members, promote teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee merchandising, stocking, inventory, and store presentation to meet sales goals.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and daily workflow coordination.
• Support store remodels, grand openings, and other company initiatives.
