Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and manage store operations, including realignments, planograms, and inventory lifecycle processes. The role emphasizes top-line sales growth, guest service, and compliance with company standards.

The OM will drive performance through people, process, and financial oversight, while coaching staff and ensuring attendance and training expectations are met. Strong leadership and retail knowledge are essential.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or equivalent experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, and guiding teams through change

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and payroll
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
• Oversee scheduling and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and ensure workload is aligned with goals
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
