Job summary

Sephora Oak Brook is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, oversee inventory, and supervise the team for an exceptional client experience. You’ll coach staff, manage replenishment and merchandising, and uphold Sephora’s standards in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Assist in achieving store goals, maintain schedule adherence, and promote an inclusive, collaborative culture. This full‑time role requires 30–40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Support client experience and help achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members; train on processes and metrics.
• Maintain safety and Sephora standards; ensure an inclusive environment.
