DICK'S Sporting Goods in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Operations to lead execution in a fast-paced retail environment, coaching teammates, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless athlete experience across front and back-of-house operations. You will coach Captains and drive staffing, training, and performance to uphold merchandising standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager on long-range workforce planning, payroll alignment, and scheduling to meet budget

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience or customer-focused experience.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
• Directly manages Captains (Supervisors) and coaches the broader store team for performance and development.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and drives company programs and athlete experiences.
• Leads training initiatives and ensures teammates are trained to deliver elevated athlete experiences.
• Partners with the Store Manager on staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget goals and adapt to traffic and trends.
• Owns hiring decisions for Captains/Supervisors and guides interviewing and team-building.
• Maintains store safety, policies, and customer service excellence.
