• Ensure adherence to safety, policies, and procedures across front and back-of-house operations.
• Lead training initiatives to elevate customer service and product knowledge across teammates.
• Oversee payroll, staffing plans, and scheduling to align with budget and store traffic.
• Uphold merchandising standards, price changes, inventory presentation, and floor sets.
