This role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing teammates, managing visual merchandising, and promoting a culture of accountability. The position is full-time and hourly, with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members; train on operational processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and initiatives.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and accountability.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and creating a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
