Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Sales and Service Leader at UT-The Paseo in St. George, UT. You will lead by example to inspire your team, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals through coaching, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
