• Coach associates on performance and maintain presence in department.
• Support performance development and provide timely feedback to associates.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and policies.
• Focus on sales growth and act as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and customer feedback with the Assistant Store Leader.
