Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Business or Retail Management education is preferred.
• 2–5 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in convenience stores, grocery, fuel retail, or high-volume operations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and team development.
• Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and retail operations.
• Experience managing labor schedules and store performance metrics.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
