Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Direct daily tasks and supervise opening/closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, audits, and stock replenishment planning.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintain store standards and reinforce company policies and ethics.
• Support associate development and provide feedback on performance.
