Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and stay composed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Facilitate associate development including training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks; supervise as leader on duty.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions according to policy.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and monthly cycle counts.
• Ensure pet care standards and safety for pets and customers.
