• Oversee daily operations of Main Golf Shop, Hotel Retail outlets, and Satellite Shops.
• Develop and lead people, building culture of accountability and high performance.
• Champion Pinehurst hospitality by delivering world-class service standards.
• Drive sales performance through goals, KPIs, and training initiatives.
• Manage staffing and productivity, aligning scheduling with demand.
• Ensure inventory, POS systems, and controls meet standards.
• Strengthen financial performance with budgeting and expense oversight.
• Collaborate with Golf, Hotel, Finance, and HR for seamless operations.
