Reformation Georgetown, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, Operations to execute store processes, standardize procedures, and manage project budgets. You will work with store, DC, and HQ teams to drive performance, optimize reporting, and support daily operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and a proactive approach to shrink, inventory accuracy, and staff training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail operations experience.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency and consistency.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Collaborates well with cross-functional teams to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional teams to implement policies and updates.
• Manage tools and metrics to support project effectiveness.
• Execute and maintain business processes and documentation.
• Solicit, evaluate and filter feedback from stakeholders for decision‑making.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations through analysis and insights.
• Support budget management and reporting for the store location.
• Identify strategic initiatives and act as change agent.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and HQ to solve complex problems.
