Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in retail operations and retail management.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Partners with cross functional teams to ensure execution of policies and updates.
• Implements tools and metrics to support project effectiveness.
• Executes and maintains business processes and documentation.
• Interfaces with cross-functional partners to incorporate feedback in decision-making.
• Develops recommendations through data, analysis and qualitative learning.
• Performs ad hoc analysis and business operations reporting.
• Supports budget management and reporting for store location.
• Identifies and prioritizes strategic initiatives and acts as change agent.
