As part of the management team, you’ll recruit a strong bench, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; 2–4 years retail management experience.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture and manages floor operations.
• Monitor payroll and hours, ensuring schedule adherence and budget alignment.
• Communicates daily sales goals and drives action through team prompts and performance reviews.
• Assist in building a strong bench and talent pipeline to fill open positions within 30 days.
