David's Bridal, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing team on-site. You will ensure a world-class customer experience, manage schedules, coach staff, and drive sales performance in a dynamic retail environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, payroll monitoring, and collaboration with Dream Makers and guests to deliver exceptional service while meeting monthly goals. This is a part-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• 2–4 years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage active floor shifts, review results, and coach for a five-star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor store payroll to ensure hours stay within budget.
• Lead store toward Total Monthly Income goals with excellence in leadership.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action with the team.
• Fill staffing needs within 30 days and maintain a strong bench.
