Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing team on a part-time basis. You’ll role-model a customer-first culture, coach Dream Makers, and help meet sales goals while delivering five-star service.

You’ll manage scheduling, floor coverage, and training, ensuring efficient store operations and a positive guest experience. Previous retail supervisory experience and POS familiarity are required; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and maintains a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor shifts, schedule, and provide feedback to ensure five-star guest experience.
• Coach and train team members to improve selling skills and performance.
• Ensure staffing goals are met and protech processes across store operations.
