David's Bridal, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor who will lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will manage floor operations, coach associates, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining excellent service standards.

The role emphasizes staff development, payroll oversight, inventory control, and daily performance feedback to sustain a five-star guest experience. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• 2-4 years retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsabilités

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor operations by assigning shifts and reviewing results; provide feedback for a five-star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor store payroll to ensure hours align with budget and track timesheets for all roles.
• Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals through foundational excellence and leadership for front-of-house and alterations.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, stock levels, and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals to team and drive actions through Chat Ins/Chat Outs.
• Observe performance and conduct weekly reviews using customer feedback and mystery shops to drive improvements.
• Assist in building a strong bench and talent pipeline and ensure staffing goals are met within 30 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
