PetSmart Store Support Group, Inc. in Bend, OR is seeking a Retail Operations Lead to drive operational excellence in our stores. You will oversee merchandising and inventory, pet care operations, opening/closing, and staff oversight to uphold our brand promises.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on store management, and the ability to train and coach sales associates while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for pets and families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation standards.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks; supervise as Leader on Duty as needed.
• Oversee inventory management, audits, stock replenishment, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain store standards and uphold Policies, Procedures, and ethics.
• Ensure a safe, clean, pet-friendly environment and proper pet care handling.
