Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sales associates in merchandise handling, training, and presentation.
• Direct daily tasks and act as Leader on Duty when needed.
• Oversee inventory levels, audits, and stock replenishment decisions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure store standards and code of ethics are followed; support store opening/closing.
