Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager in Dallas to lead store operations, drive top-line sales, and manage inventory life-cycle processes. You will oversee a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, ensuring brand standards, staffing, and guest experiences align with Ulta’s mission.

The role requires 2–3+ years in retail management, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and the ability to work Sundays and Mondays, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or similar experience
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets
• Retail management: inventory, operations, merchandising directives
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, and lead a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible full-time schedule including Sundays and Mondays
• Willingness to work evenings and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve top-line sales growth and inventory accuracy
• Manage a team of Task Associates and Merchandise Manager
• Monitor payroll budgets and staffing needs
• Train and develop associates, conduct performance reviews
• Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Conduct product demos and guest service interactions to drive sales
• Oversee planograms, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures
