Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses
• Retail management: monitoring inventories, achieving operational excellence, driving service culture, executing merchandising directives
• Leadership management: attracting and developing talent, leading teams through change, building collaborative relationships

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost controls
• Lead scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity and meet payroll targets
• Review and react to financial and operational reports and store audits
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service
• Ensure ongoing staff training and development through coaching and feedback
• Maintain adherence to store policies, dress code, and SOPs
• Develop vendor partnerships and execute planograms and inventory life-cycle processes
