Dollar Tree Stores seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA to oversee store operations, assist in customer service, and develop team members. You will help organize merchandise, maintain clean and safe store environments, and ensure compliance with company directives and loss prevention policies.

Part-time position with opportunities to contribute to merchandising, scheduling, and daily store activities while supporting a high-energy team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention activities.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom well organized and clean to company standards.
