Dollar Tree in Audubon, Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will help with day-to-day activities, assist customers with a positive, friendly approach, and ensure merchandise is organized on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

You will participate in opening and closing procedures, follow company policies, supervise and train store associates, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store functions and activities.
• Help customers with a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor and organize seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and manage returns/damaged goods.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention records.
• Supervise and train Store Associates; promote a safe, respectful environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and neat presentation of store areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
