Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or the ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates to build a diverse team.
• Develop and implement staff training on policies and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain standards.
• Supervise store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Enforce safety protocols and mitigate security risks.
• Communicate with Store Manager and participate in regular performance meetings.
• Assist in corrective action plans and follow-through.
