Job summary

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong supervisory, communication, and training skills; you will recruit, develop staff, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with management to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain via The Excel Center.
• Strong supervisory skills with ability to inspire and hold staff accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including customer service, inventory, and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet policy and service standards.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate safety protocols and security to prevent theft and accidents.
• Communicate store goals and performance with the Store Manager.
• Participate in regular meetings to review performance and plan improvements.
