You will assist in scheduling, training, and safety meetings, help maintain inventory, handle deposits, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. Strong leadership and reliable execution are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees, assisting with staff scheduling, training, and safety meetings
• Ensuring proper store presentation by managing merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking and displays
• Providing superior customer service, greeting customers, and operating the cash register
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling damages and markdowns
• Upholding financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash handling and security protocols
• Performing opening and closing duties, including counting tills and deposits
• Assisting with store management in the absence of the Store Manager
