Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the Gift Shop, Mini Mart, Extras, and Golf Pro Shop. You will schedule staff, manage inventory, and ensure a high level of guest service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

The role requires leadership, POS proficiency, and the ability to handle cash and inventory controls. A customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or retail experience or training.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Cash handling and POS balancing experience.
• One year of key holder or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Retail Department in Gift Shop, Mini Mart, Extras, and Golf Pro Shop.
• Schedule staff and coordinate breaks.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Maintain merchandising and ensure excellent guest service.
• Operate POS system and run daily reports.
• Address guest complaints and maintain store cleanliness.
