Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staff training, shift management, and coordination with culinary teams, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, with strong customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor/Assistant Manager in high-volume 3 meal/24 hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive work environment.
• Train staff weekly on service standards.
• Manage shift operations including assignments, breaks, coaching and scheduling for all staff on duty.
• Communicate with support departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Hold daily pre-shift meetings.
• Manage safety and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
