Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA, is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities, forecast outlet needs, and ensure top dining quality. You will train service staff, coordinate with support departments, and nurture Assistant Restaurant Managers' growth while promoting a positive work environment.

The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for guest experiences in a vibrant casino setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years experience in Hospitality/Restaurant management or similar environment.
• Excellent guest service and strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner and uphold the RICH philosophy.
• Manage all administrative duties: staff scheduling, performance reviews, attendance, coaching, interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
• Review operations to identify problems and opportunities; provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Develop and train staff on guest service principles, TIPS alcohol awareness, and sanitation best practices.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs focusing on preventative maintenance and safety.
• Oversee POS, requisitioning, table management, and time/attendance systems.
