Job summary

The Guitar Center Company in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking an Operations Associate to handle inventory control, shipping, and receiving. This position requires strong collaboration and customer focus skills, with a necessity to work in a loud environment and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. The role includes tasks such as managing inventory, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a great customer experience while adhering to safety protocols and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
