Job summary

The Guitar Center Company is hiring an Operations Associate in Westminster, CO to manage shipping/receiving, inventory tasks, and merchandising. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment and emphasizes collaboration with store teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
