Job summary

Brobston Group in Chicago is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional client experience during the seasonal period.

You will manage merchandise flow, assist with receiving and shelving, perform inventory control tasks, and handle back-of-house duties in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires physical stamina, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the ability to work with mobile retail tech.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or warehouse roles
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and other work areas.
