Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience.
• Back of house or operational roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to service the client.
• Experience working in a sales/retail or operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels, logistics and sell-through - leading discussions with Store Leadership and corporate partners to ensure right product at the right time.
• Ensure back of house is organized through direct management of a back-of-house stock team.
• Partner with REVOLVE Warehouse for logistics and prioritizing workflow to minimize cost.
• Uphold inventory accuracy and train the team in store to ensure consistent results.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and set expectations & train the store team.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Support management of Operational budgets for the store, including Supplies & Facilities.
• Drive improvements through activations and communication with Store Leadership.
• Collaborate with sales floor team to align front and back-of-house goals.
