REVOLVE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Operations in California to oversee inventory, facilities, logistics and budget management. You will lead a back-of-house team, partner with the warehouse and store leadership to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail management, strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience.
• Back of house or operational roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock levels, logistics and sell-through with store leadership and partners.
• Oversee back-of-house organization and stock team using SOPs.
• Partner with warehouse team to optimize logistics and control costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead in-store training for consistency.
• Contribute to loss prevention and set expectations for staff training.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Manage store operational budgets including supplies and facilities.
• Drive improvements through activations, recognition, and clear communication.
• Collaborate with sales floor to align front and back-of-house teams.
