REVOLVE is seeking a Retail Operations Lead in San Diego to support Store Leadership in delivering a best-in-class retail experience. You will focus on inventory management, facilities, logistics, and budget oversight, partnering with leadership to ensure optimum product availability and smooth operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management experience, a proactive approach, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Retail Management Experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Support management of stock levels, logistics and sell through.
• Partner with direct leadership for logistics and workflow prioritization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and controls in store via SOPs and dedicated stock team.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and training where needed.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Oversee Supplies & Facilities and communicate with Store Leadership.
