Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Retail Operations Lead in Aventura, FL to support Store Leadership in delivering a best-in-class retail experience with focus on inventory management, facilities, logistics and budget control.

You will manage stock levels, coordinate with leadership, maintain inventory accuracy, contribute to loss prevention, and ensure a clean, well-presented storefront while collaborating with the sales floor to align front and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Retail Management Experience required.
• Luxury retail management experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support management of stock levels, logistics and sell through.
• Partner with direct leadership for logistics, prioritizing workflow for both parties.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and controls in store through process and programs.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, supporting training where requested or needed.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Support management in oversight of Supplies & Facilities.
• Understand culture and areas for improvement, work with Store Leadership for constant improvement.
• Partner with sales floor team to maintain general understanding of front of house.
