Job summary

Spring Valley USA (SV) is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual to support our big box retail operations. You will oversee order accuracy, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure smooth invoicing processes using Business Central as the primary ERP tool, while engaging with GoRamp and SPS Commerce.

• Experience in retail operations, order management, or supply chain support.
• Familiarity with big box retail standards and expectations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and track orders for big box clients, ensuring pricing and terms are current.
• Monitor open orders and resolve discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
• Verify on-hand inventory in Business Central and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with Demand Planner and Procurement to meet demand.
• Generate and review invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders.
• Use Business Central and SaaS platforms for data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate with sales, supply chain, and accounting to keep orders and payments aligned.
