Qualifications

• SAP experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy.
• Good communication via phone.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with Word and Excel.
• Experience shipping and receiving using inventory systems.
• Chemical industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory flow.
• Receive (REC) and handle put-away (PUT).
• Complete freight claims.
• Follow up on back orders and cycle counts.
• Make adjustments for transfers.
• Track damaged material, aged inventory and quarantine material.
• Maintain warehouse computer setup.
• Handle vendor material returns and issue credit memos.
• Print POs with current product location confirming 3PL availability.
• Track totes and work with purchasing on aged inventory.
• Resolve miss-shipments and receipt errors.
• Research inventory discrepancies and incorrect deliveries.
