Job summary

Univar Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate SAP ERP transactions and support daily plant operations. You will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, and act as liaison between Operations and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills for problem resolution and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in reading/writing English and basic MS Word/Excel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory flow and order fulfillment.
• Receive and putaway materials; manage put-away and cycle counts.
• Track shipments, handle vendor material returns and credit memos.
• Assist with inbound/outbound scheduling and scheduling coordination.
• Resolve miss-shipments, damages, and receipt errors; address inventory discrepancies.
