Job summary

Eakes-Office-Solutions in Hastings, NE is seeking an experienced coordinator to align all departments, warehouse, and delivery with the Delivery & Installations Manager. You will oversee workflows, inventories, and daily store activities while assisting retail customers and maintaining neat customer areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating installations, assisting instore customers, invoicing, merchandising, and maintaining accurate stock and POS records.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• College courses desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects installations with sales, installation crew and client.
• Coordinate with vendors on reorders, warranties, damaged product, etc.
• Accurately invoice products for location.
• Assist and follow up with instore customers; hand off to territory rep as appropriate.
• Assist in floor displays, merchandising, ordering, demos, and inventory as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to support sales team.
• Partner in a team approach with sales, management, and manufacturers to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Manage location inventory and reconcile daily POS activity.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
