Responsibilities

• Manage retail operations mailboxes daily and respond promptly.
• Oversee monthly retail supply orders within budget and manage product offerings/catalogs for cost-efficiency.
• Review and follow up on store incident reports with District Directors and District Managers.
• Reconcile monthly store operational expenses and arrange payments to vendors.
• Collect store data via surveys and save on Sharepoint.
