Clarks, a global footwear brand, is seeking a Americas-based Retail Operations Specialist to support store expense control, daily communications with stores, and vendor payments. The role involves managing supply orders, incident reports, and data collection to streamline operations.

The ideal candidate brings retail experience—preferably in footwear or fashion apparel—and proficiency with MS Office to analyze reports and drive cost efficiencies across the retail network.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, preferably in footwear and/or fashion apparel.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to interpret and act based on reports.

Responsibilities

• Manages retail operations mailboxes daily and responds to all field emails promptly.
• Manages and maintains monthly retail supply orders within store budgets.
• Collects, reviews, and collates field incident reports and follows up with District Directors/Managers.
• Reconciles monthly store operational expenses and ensures vendor payments are set up.
• Collects store data by creating store surveys and saving data on the team Sharepoint site.
• Sends weekly reminders for store openings/closings/remodels and tracks each store's forms.
