Job summary

Mars Accelerator, a global Division of Mars Snacking, seeks a Manager, Customer Supply Chain to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead a cross‑functional team spanning supply chain, sales, finance, IT, analytics, and distribution to deliver best‑in‑class solutions for customers.

You will own high‑visibility projects, partner with senior leadership, and expand career growth within Customer Supply and Logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably customer facing.
Proven track record of high performance and ability to service key customers within a team.
Experience managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Independent problem-solver with strong leadership.
Proficiency with SAP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Analytics that drive action by using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and hit annual savings targets.
Deliver new capabilities by enhancing supply chain solutions and introducing innovative tools for customers.
Lead projects by developing and managing plans for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Build partnerships with internal teams and external customers to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
Champion customer engagement to strengthen partnerships, improve program delivery, and drive transportation and cost-saving initiatives.
