Job Description

This position supports the Director of Retail by overseeing retail sales associates, shops, and the Retail Distribution Center, including receiving, pricing merchandise, and inventory control. The role requires on-duty phone availability and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all Omni Retail Shops and associates, as well as the Retail Distribution Center.
2. Provide administrative support to the Director of Retail Operations.
3. Understand all retail department positions and be capable of cross-utilization.
4. Maintain proficiency in all retail distribution and shop roles, answering pertinent questions.
5. Utilize Yellow Dog, Kronos, OnTrack, and Birch Street efficiently.
6. Take responsibility for retail distribution and shop results, projects, and deadlines.
7. Coordinate with Buyers to clarify purchase orders.
8. Monitor inventory processes, including receiving and pricing merchandise and coding invoices for Accounts Payable.
9. Maintain daily associate scheduling and Kronos entries.
10. Oversee payroll sign-off and bi-weekly payroll reports.
11. Manage Birch Street entries and receiving processes.
12. Conduct weekly coaching sessions with retail associates to improve performance.
13. Participate in interviewing, job fairs, and hiring when needed.
14. Manage daily shop needs, including change management and balancing transactions.
15. Make decisions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
16. Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. Exhibit excellent time management and attentiveness to employee needs.
