Job Description

This position assists the Director of Retail, overseeing retail sales associates, shops, and the Retail Distribution Center, including receiving, pricing merchandise, and inventory control. Availability for on-duty calls, weekends, and evenings is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Omni Retail Shops, associates, and the Retail Distribution Center.
• Support the Director of Retail Operations administratively and organizationally.
• Understand and cross-utilize within all retail department positions.
• Proficiently handle retail distribution and shop operations, answering relevant questions.
• Utilize Yellow Dog, Kronos, OnTrack, and Birch Street efficiently.
• Accountable for retail results, projects, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Buyers on purchase order clarity.
• Monitor inventory processes, including receiving and pricing merchandise, and coding invoices for Accounts Payable.
• Maintain daily associate scheduling and Kronos entries.
• Handle payroll sign-offs and bi-weekly payroll reports.
• Manage Birch Street entries and receiving processes.
• Coach retail associates weekly to improve performance.
• Participate in interviews, job fairs, and hiring when needed.
• Manage shop needs daily, including change management and balancing.
• Prioritize tasks, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Exhibit organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Observe and assist retail employees as needed.
