Are you looking for your next career opportunity? We are looking for a Director of Operations to join MB2 Dental that will thrive in a partnership environment between doctors and your role.

Director of Operations Role Overview

The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring the operational and financial success for multiple dental practices located in assigned areas. Through a director’s partnership with the owner dentist and team, they will drive revenue while also leveraging MB2’s negotiated pricing to contain costs. An individual’s ability to uncover opportunities, action plan and then lead implementation of business plans is paramount for success in this role.

This is a remote position that requires up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and provide oversight to team members with clearly defined goals related to the business growth and development plans. Coordinate with dedicated corporate departments and Executive team members to design scalable programs.
• Analyze financial statements, including profit and loss, and performance results to identify areas of opportunity for multi-unit business within the assigned area. Create annual budgets and engage in strategic planning for the short and long term while partnering with operating Owners. Implement actions as needed with partnership of Owners to course correct as needed and develop strategic plans to enhance the business.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills; verbally, written, and other. Model professional, ethical behavior and uphold the highest standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimize excellence within the practices. Ensure the team is held accountable to clearly defined goals related to the business objectives given by the practice Owner and Operations team.
• Partner with operating owners and executive leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the dental practice. Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the multi-unit business within an assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in or around Denver, Colorado
• 8+ years of upper-level management experience with Healthcare/Dental preferred
• 3+ years of Dental management experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization required.
• Skilled in delegation and remote management
• Detail oriented with great organizational skills.
