Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to help drive a customer- and product-focused sales culture.

You will handle merchandise processing, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization to keep floors vibrant and correctly merchandised. In this role you will support MAPS standards, assist with visual merchandising, price changes, and efficient stock transfers while maintaining a clean, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to learn company technology and systems.
• Must stand for the majority of shifts.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise and ensure items are stored, ticketed, and easy to locate.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and process store transfers.
• Manage visual materials, signage, and stockroom organization.
• Assist with pricing changes and markdowns.
• Support MAPS principles and provide a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to brand requirements.
