Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to uphold a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization to keep our floor replenished and visually appealing.

You will enter receiving documents, assist with pricing changes, and support MAPS standards while providing friendly service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear/communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed and accessible for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure new products are merchandised in a timely manner.
• Enter receiving documents and reconcile merchandise invoices; process store transfers and locate requests.
• Process visual materials, props, signage, and stockroom items.
• Assist with pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Support with visual directives and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
